Alle Touren werden auch bei weniger als optimalen Wetterbedingungen durchgeführt !!!

 

!!! Für alle Touren muss ein "Release of Liability Waiver" / "Risk Acknowledgement Form" unterschrieben werden. Das ist eine Haftungsausschlusserklärung/ Anerkennung von möglichen Risiken , die in den USA üblich ist und von den Versicherungen gewünscht wird !!!

 

Preise können sich kurzfristig ändern.

 

Die Steuer beträgt 7%. Die Preise werden in USA üblicherweise ohne Steuern ausgezeichnet.

Mit Bezahlung der Tour gilt Folgendes

The following will be true with payment of the tour 

 

Stornierungen und Absagen / Cancellation policies.
- Es tut uns leid, aber eine Erstattung des Geldes bei Stornierungen durch den Kunden nach 20 Tagen vor der Tour ist nicht möglich.
Sorry, but the money paid for the tours is not refundable when cancelled by the customer after 20 days prior to the tour.

 

- Bei Ereignissen, auf die wir keinen direkten Einfluss haben (Höhere Gewalt), können wir keine Verantwortung übernehmen, und bei Ausfall der Tour durch solche Ereignisse kann keine Erstattung des Tourgeldes stattfinden. Solche Ereignisse können u.a. sein: Hurrikans/Wind, Feuer, Überschwemmungen/Wasser, Schließungen des Nationalparks infolge natürlicher oder politischer Ereignisse.
For reasons that we cannot influence (Force majeure), we cannot take responsibility, and therefore we cannot refund money when tours cannot take place for such reasons. Such reasons may be, but are not limited to: hurricanes/wind, fire, floodings/water, closure of the National Park for natural or political reasons.

 

 

Rechtlicher Hintergrund der Tourvereinbarungen/ Legal Background of Tour Agreements.

 

Governing Law. 

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Florida without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of the State of Florida or any other jurisdiction).

Submission to Jurisdiction. 

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or based upon this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby or shall be instituted in the federal courts of the United States of America or the courts of the State of Florida in each case located in the City of Miami and County of Miami-Dade, and each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts in any such suit, action, or proceeding. The parties irrevocably and unconditionally waive any objection to venue of any suit, action, or proceeding in such courts and irrevocably waive and agree not to plead or claim in any such court that any such suit, action, or proceeding brought in any such court has been brought in an inconvenient forum.
